Superstition Gateway was developed in multiple phases over several years; the majority being delivered in 2006-2008 and the final development of the Hallmark pad completed in 2012. The Property is located along highly-trafficked US 60 & Signal Butte Road, and is anchored by one of the top producing Walmart’s in Arizona. Superstition Gateway offers excellent visibility and access with a total of 13 points of access (6 for East and 7 for West) as well as monument signage along the US 60, Baseline Road and Signal Butte Road.

The Property sits approximately 2 miles to the north of the Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) Data Center, which is currently under construction, and will provide high paying technical employment. Additionally, Superstition Gateway sits within close proximity to the Eastmark Master Planned Community. Since opening in 2013, Eastmark has quickly grown with the development of homes, amenities and civic facilities – nearly 2,000 homes have been sold to date, bringing the estimated resident population to over 3,000.
