With more than 17 years of experience, Ryan Schubert is an Executive Managing Director and co-leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southwest Retail Capital Markets Team in Phoenix. Denette Barrington joined the Schubert Hackett team in 2013 as the team’s Marketing Specialist. Denette is responsible for the design, production and distribution of marketing materials including business development proposals and presentations, offering memorandums and special events. She coordinates the ground and aerial photography used to enhance the marketing collateral. Denette also assists clients during the due diligence process to ensure a smooth transaction for both seller and buyer. Denette also maintains her team’s investor database with she utilizes to track marketing activity and update client records.
Denette has been with the company since 2006. From 2006 through 2012, she worked in the accounting department as the Controller. Her responsibilities included budgeting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as year-end tax reporting.
Denette graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Arizona.
Mr. Aulick is a Financial Analyst within Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc.’s (C&W) Southwest Capital Markets Group, where he specializes in underwriting and managing commercial real estate transactions. As a member of the Investment Sales team, Mr. Aulick’s responsibilities include property- level due diligence, lease abstracting, financial modeling, primary market research and responding to investor inquiries. Prior to joining the Southwest Capital Market Group, Mr. Aulick was Director of Research for the Cushman & Wakefield Arizona office and spent one year as an analyst with local land developer Communities Southwest.
During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Aulick has been involved in the underwriting and sale of over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions.
In 2008, Mr. Aulick received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University. Mr. Aulick is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and is a member of ULI and ICSC.
Angelica Maize recently joined the Schubert Hackett team in 2019 as the team’s Senior Marketing | GIS Specialist. Angelica is responsible for the design of all marketing materials including proposals, brochures and offering memorandums. She is also responsible for market research which includes area developments, surrounding retail and residential developments. Angelica is also in charge of maintaining the team’s comps and retailer database.
Angelica has been with the company since 2015. From 2015 through 2019 when joining the team, she worked in the GIS mapping department as the lead GIS Analyst. Her responsibilities included creating maps and maintaining databases for all brokerage teams.
Angelica graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Geography with a Geographic Information Systems certificate and an emphasis in cartography.
